OOC PREFERENCES:
•CONTACT METHOD: PM to this journal or email kahybee[at]gmail[dot]com
•THREAD-JACKING: Go for it. On the off chance that it's problematic, I'll tell you, but it should be fine.
•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: You can have your characters recognize Harley as fictional, but I'd prefer only canonmates tell her what happens after her canonpoint.
•BACKTAGGING: Always.
•AVOIDED TOPICS: This is something I can handle if it comes up with Harley and other DC characters, oddly enough, but outside of that canon, I like to avoid insanity, mostly just the idea of 'what if this isn't reality?'. Also, electrocution is something I'd prefer avoiding.
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Harley arrives on the Barge in full costume. A 5'7", well-built woman in harlequin garb and make-up. However, as her identity isn't really a secret, after that she'll go about un-costumed. She has blonde hair (though that's not her natural hair color) that is most often worn in pigtails, blue eyes, and wears casually 'cute' clothing. She speaks in an often-eager manner and has a Brooklyn accent. Her scent, unless I remember otherwise from canon, is probably just that of whatever soap and laundry detergent inmates are given.
•DEMEANOR: Harley is bouncy, excitable, and not always concerned with personal space. Definitely a 'violent when angry' type.
•ABILITIES: High intelligence
Exceptional agility and strength
Immunity to most toxins
Psychologist
Skilled Gymnast
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Immunity to most toxins
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: OH BOY. She will be very offended if you imply/say that the Joker doesn't love her, or that anything else about their relationship is flawed. But feel free to have your character bring it up, anyway.
IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: Mind-reading and such are a-okay, but I'd rather take mind-control and other mental manipulation on a case-by-case basis. Manipulating and intruding on dreams, though, are both fine.
•MIMICRY: Go for it.
•VIOLENCE: Go for it.
•MAGIC: It's fine, but magic that would control Harley or manipulate her thoughts/feelings should be run by me first, please.
•DEBATE: Sure!
•OTHER / NOTES: N/A
